The product contains small videos made by Dr. Jason Shields. We aim to give you the shortcut that helps you to take things to the next level. We also give you an understanding of how, what and why we do what we do.

YES! This model of training is one of the secrets that Dr. Jason has used to help PED free athletes at every level. And when we say every level, we mean it! From Olympic gold medalists in the winter Olympics to professional cycling, to Dr. Jason himself becoming a multiple Master World Champion in BJJ, and multiple European champion in gi and in No-Gi. This stuff works!

Yes! The fundamentals package (truly the only one you will need if you want to perform in sports at an amateur or semi-professional level) will only take 2 sessions of 40-60 min. per week.

No, it’s not. If you are  a jiu-jitsu enthusiast or an everyday hero you will benefit from the Silverback Upgrade. For people looking to start with weight lifting the Physical Preparation program is what you should go for. If you want to improve your live, reach your goals and become a better version of yourself the Mental Training program is a good way to start.
